Dr. Mehrnaz Iranmehr completed her undergraduate degree in Biology at the University of Texas in Dallas in 1999, and continued on to Baylor College of Dentistry, where she earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree in 2003. While attending dental school, she received a Dentistry Academic Scholarship, the General Dentistry Program Excellence Award, and an Outstanding Achievement in Operative Dentistry award.
Dr. Iranmehr is an active member of Plano Rotary Club. She loves teaching, and currently holds the position of Clinical Assistant Professor at Baylor College of Dentistry, where she teaches chairside practice to prospective dentists. She actively seeks to advance her knowledge of dentistry, striving to stay up-to-date on leading edge techniques and treatments through continued coursework, walk-through hands on experience, and instruction with other dentists.
Dr. Iranmehr was born in Tehran, Iran, and spent her early years in Germany prior to moving to the United States. She has been a resident of Plano, Texas for over twenty years and is the proud mother of her associate dentist. When she is not busy with dentistry and is outside the office, Dr. Iranmehr enjoys spending time with her family and traveling.
When she began her formal education, Dr. Iranmehr made a commitment to excellence which she continues to pursue to this day. She goes above and beyond the call of duty to ensure that every patient’s experience is comfortable and enjoyable. She is known by her patients for her friendliness, compassionate care, and her willingness to listen closely and provide explanations for all aspects of dental care.

Dr. Bahar Iranmehr grew up in Plano, TX and completed her undergraduate degree in Human Biology with honors at the University of Texas at Austin. She attended Texas A&M Baylor College of Dentistry where she earned a Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree. She knew she wanted to follow in her mother’s footsteps to be a dentist so that she could help people find their smile again.
Dr. Bahar is passionate about patient education and preventive dentistry and takes time to listen to her patients needs in order to achieve their goals. She is dedicated to patient care and wants every patient to feel comfortable and at ease while working towards a functional and attractive smile.
In her spare time, Dr. Bahar enjoys traveling and spending time with friends, family, and her two dogs, Charlie and Bailey.

Dr. Allison Hogan grew up in Longview, TX. She attended the University of Arkansas where she completed her Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering, graduating with honors. She continued her education at Texas A&M Baylor College of Dentistry in Dallas, TX where she earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree. Her passion for helping people along with her love of science drove her to pursue a career in dentistry. Dr. Hogan and Dr. Bahar met in dental school and have remained close ever since. Their similarities on how they view and practice dentistry brought them together as coworkers.
Dr. Hogan strives to make every patient’s experience both comfortable and enjoyable. She is passionate about conservative, patient centered care. Her goal is to help you achieve the smile of your dreams, that is both functional and esthetic.
When Dr. Hogan is not practicing dentistry, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends. Her and her husband have a son and two chocolate Labrador Retrievers. Her favorite activities include board games, cooking and traveling.

Leilany is a key member of the Preston Family Dentistry team and welcomes every patient with a warm, friendly smile the moment they walk through the door. She plays an essential role in helping patients understand and schedule their treatment, ensuring a smooth and stress-free experience. Though she primarily works at the front desk, she occasionally assists chairside and is always ready to help wherever she’s needed. Outside the office, Leilany loves spending time with her son, exploring new coffee shops, shopping, and being with her family, who remain the center of her world.

Melinda
Melinda brings a unique blend of energy, creativity, and compassion to Preston Family Dentistry. Though she’s the newest member of our team, she has quickly become an integral part of the PFD family and already feels right at home. She especially enjoys connecting with patients and loves seeing them leave the office with happy, confident smiles. She also has a passion for creating social media content, where she uses her creativity to help showcase our practice. Outside of work, Melinda is committed to staying healthy and makes time for the gym part of her regular routine.

Nazee is one of our friendly lead assistants who has been in the dental field for almost 2 decades. Her compassion and warmth will definitely put you at ease during your procedure. She loves interacting with patients and meeting new people. Her favorite part of her job is seeing life-changing transformations and how a smile can change someone’s life. Outside of the office she is a proud mom and loves spending time with her family and “Pashmak” her poodle.

Jenny joined our dental family in 2015. She earned her degree at the University of Texas Health and Science Center in San Antonio, where she graduated in 2012. She enjoys working with her co-workers and loves being able to make a difference in a patient’s life by providing education about oral health and tools to help improve their health. She has a very gentle touch and is dedicated to perfection when providing dental cleanings. Jenny is married to her husband Lee and in her spare time she enjoys playing with her beagle named Joey, reading, traveling and is a foodie.

Lana has worked with Dr. Iranmehr since 2007 and officially joined our practice in 2021. She has worked in the dental field for many years, first as a dental assistant then graduating dental hygiene school from Collin County Community College in 2002. She loves helping patients achieve a healthy, beautiful smile. She also enjoys working with patients of all ages. She wants your visit to Preston Family Dentistry to be a great experience. In her free time, she loves spending time with her family and friends.

Patti has been in dentistry since she was 18 years old, when her childhood dentist asked her to be his dental assistant for the summer. It was instant love. She attended Tyler Jr. College, graduating at the top of her class. Later, she earned a BA from The University of Texas at Dallas. Her passion has always been to provide her patients excellent care and education, as well as making sure they are happy and comfortable in her chair. She is also an artist, working in mosaics, clay, and paints. She loves spending time with her daughter, son-in-law, and granddaughter, as well as her little parakeet Eli.
